What I learned from the movies

There certainly is a lesson, that is very important from the movies that directly applies to my life.  People growing up in La-La land repeat this as if it was some kind of mantra.

"First you get the money
Then you get the power
Then you get the women."

I have lost all the women
I have lost all the money
I still have my power.

Even if I were to get the money, now all these years late, I would still be uninterested in the women because they would only be interested in the money and the power but not me.  I am not interested in sharing much of my power, either.

This much has become evident and is reinforced daily.
