I said it June 30, 2006 and in my updated version of the Sermon.
Anyone can wear a hoodie. Clothing does not necessarily indicate whether someone is my friend or my enemy. It might have occurred to you as well, but I feel compelled to explain as well:
Anyone can wear a cross.
Wearing a cross does mean something. It usually identifies you as Christian but if you look a bit closer some of my worst enemies, people who are the worst sinners of all, have been seen lately wearing a cross.
So, to me, the mere act of wearing a cross is not that meaningful.
But we will see soon enough how much it will count in the "big picture."
