The bank is now charging me overdrafts. This is so sad. I can barely
keep myself fed and keep up with the requirements of modern life: DO
this and DO that online. Have an address and phone so we can tell you
that you have been denied everything.

I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN THAT THE MONEY YOU GAVE THE PEOPLE COLLECTING FROM CHASE CAME FROM MY SSI INCOME. YOU BROKE THE LAW WHEN YOU DID THAT.

i WILL CEASE DOING BUSINESS WITH B OF A AS SOON AS I CAN.

TOO BAD YOU HELP EVERYONE ELSE SCREW ME DESPITE DECADES OF LOYALTY ON MY PART. INCLUDING ATTORNEYS, THE IRS, AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA THAT ARE STANDING IN THE WAY OF ME COLLECTING ON MY DAD'S ESTATE WHO DIED SEPTEMBER 11TH.

YOU CAN ALL GO SCREW YOURSELVES.

Dear Benjamin H. Tobias,

Thank you for your inquiry dated 9/26/0. We understand that you wish to
withdraw funds from your account. We value you as a customer and will be
able to assist you.

We understand that you do not have any ATM's or banking centers near
your location.

Please be informed, you can use your Bank of America debit card or ATM
card anywhere you see the Plus or Interlink symbols that appear on the
back of your card. This includes numerous financial institutions
throughout the world. For the nearest Plus ATM, please visit
www.Visa.com and click on ATM Locator at the top right of the page. ATM
withdrawals may only be debited from your primary checking account.

There is a $2.00 feefor using a non-Bank of America ATM fee. This fee
occurs each time you use an ATM that is not affiliated with Bank of
America for withdrawals or balance inquiries. The owner of the ATM that
you used charged a separate fee, which is included in the amount of the
withdrawal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Whether you are at home, work, or on vacation you can search for the
Bank of America ATM nearest to you. To find the banking center nearest
you, please use the ATM and Banking Center locator on the Bank of
America Web page at www.bankofamerica.com. It is located on the lower
left hand side of the page.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If we may be of
further assistance with regards to any other concerns, please contact us
again by e-mail. Thank you for choosing Bank of America.

Sincerely,

Wendy Nick

multiple trips to an ATM?

Dear Benjamin H. Tobias,

Thank you for your inquiry dated 9/26/09 regarding the processing fee
for levy and new loan application. We appreciate your continued
relationship and will be able to assist you.

Our records indicate a tax levy was received on your account; the
transaction in the amount of $100 is the fee for processing the levy.

The legal process fee is charged for tax levies, attachments, and
garnishments. The fee is charged per occurrence. A levy is an order
issued from a court or other government authority, which is delivered in
person or by mail to the bank. The bank is ordered to hold and deliver
funds from a customer's deposit accounts or safe deposit box. A copy of
the levy documentation was sent out on the day we received the order.
You should receive this within five to seven business days.

Regrettably, we are unable to assist you with the fee for processing the
levy through this channel. For immediate assistance we recommend you to
contact us at 1.800.622.8731, we are available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Pacific
Standard Time. We appreciate your patience and your understanding in
this matter.

We appreciate your interest in Bank of America as your lender. We offer
a whole host of lending options and services designed to meet many
lending needs. You can apply for a loan online by going to
www.bankofamerica.com

For a personal loan please:
- Select More Options under the heading of Products and Services.
- Select the type of loan under the heading of Loans located on the
left-hand column.

Please be advised that funds must be in the account before items are
presented in order to avoid overdraft fees. Making a deposit or transfer
after items have overdrawn your account will not prevent the items from
being returned as unpaid or fees being assessed.

Although we are not obligated to pay an item presented if your account
does not have sufficient funds, we may pay it as a courtesy. An
overdraft fee or a returned item fee will be assessed whether the item
is paid or returned.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If we may be of
further assistance, please contact us again by e-mail. We value you as a
customer and thank you for choosing Bank of America.

Sincerely,

Bruce Dickins

Message text: I sought help with an online professional yesterday and
was told to email Customer Service with my situation.

1. I currently receive SSI as my sole income source. It is direct
deposited into my Maximizer account.
2. Due to a judgment & sheriff's levy against my Checking account, my
balance is now zero and cannot be accessed.
3. Due to the death of my father, and other peculiar issues I have left
California for good and am setting up residence in Grand Junction,
Colorado. There are no branch offices within 100 miles.
4. I have only a few dollars in my pocket and nowhere to go as of the
writing of this letter and live in my automobile.
5. My outstanding debt on this case is a little over $13,500.

I am unable to speak to a banking rep. in person. I need to work on a
cash basis and withdraw from my Maximizer account as soon as it is
deposited. My first priority is housing in Grand Junction, CO.

I am in a desperate situation now. I expect to receive income from my
Dad's estate within the next 60 days, but that process is just
beginning. I am unsure of what to do next.

If there was some way to do so I would hope to take a loan, SBA or
other, that I could secure with my car as collateral. However, without
this car I am really out of luck as far as alternatives.

I know I have made some bad judgments in business over the last three
years, but I have been a loyal customer of B of A since 1981. Prior to
2006, I have had excellent credit and been very judicious about paying
off my debts.

I am hopeful B of A can help me in the near term.

I hope to hear back soon.

Benjamin Tobias

P.S. My most recent contact information should be on file.
